You might have a pause thinking that with this ease anyone can build any apps and the need for a Software engineer isn’t necessary any more. I want to strongly say that its more needed than ever, it just looks a little different in the age of AI. As an iOS or macOS developer, you still need to understand what needs to be done, and how it should be done. You want to explain to the AI agent how the feature should be implemented, if your database will contain hundreds of records, or hundreds of thousands of records as an example, and instruct it how to optimize performance and memory to make your app better. What didn’t work in the app and what bugs it introduced and explain to it how to fix it.

AI is a tool at your disposal to help you build greater apps even faster. To help you and your team aim higher.

Calculators never replaced mathematicians or scientists. It made them aim higher and broader with their knowledge, yet it never meant they should stop learning math. :]
