So far in this module, you learned how OpenTelemetry works, you created custom visualizations and dashboards for events, built tracing and connected traces together to present a visual timeline for your app operations.
In this lesson, you’ll design your APIs and your observability library to provide as much information as possible about the app performance and behavior with minimum effort from developers.
Additionally, you’ll learn some improvements you can control in your app to control the level of details your app is sending if you want to reduce your observability costs no matter how small it can be.
Finally, the lesson will cover some extremely important points around data privacy for your customers that might put you in a tight spot if you’re not attentive to it.
